Your brand profile provides J-Horizon with the information it needs to accurately track and evaluate how AI search engines represent your brand. Keep this profile complete and up to date for the best analysis results. Navigate to your organization’s Settings and select the General tab. Organization details

These fields define the core identity of your brand:

Brand NameThe primary name of the brand being monitored.
WebsiteYour brand’s main website URL.
IndustryThe industry category for this brand.
CountryThe primary market where this brand operates.
Business ModelSelect one: B2B, B2C, B2B2C, or D2C.
Target LanguageThe language used for analysis. 22 languages are supported.

Brand information

These fields give J-Horizon deeper context about your brand’s positioning:
  • Products / Services — List the main products or services your brand provides.
  • Brand Keywords — The keywords and terms associated with your brand.
  • Value Proposition — Summarize what your brand delivers to customers. 1,000 character limit.
  • USP — Describe what sets your brand apart from competitors. 1,000 character limit.
  • Target Audience — Define who your brand serves. 1,600 character limit.

Brand variations

The Similar Names and Similar Websites fields help J-Horizon identify mentions of your brand even when AI search engines use alternate spellings, abbreviations, or domain variations.
  • Similar Names — Add alternate brand names, common misspellings, abbreviations, or former brand names.
  • Similar Websites — Add alternate domains, regional domains, or legacy URLs associated with your brand.
Brand variations expand the scope of what J-Horizon considers a match when scanning AI responses. For example, if your brand is “TechFlow” but AI engines sometimes reference “Tech Flow” or “techflow.io,” add those as variations.

Status toggle

Use the dropdown at the top of the settings page to change the organization’s status:
  • Demo Report — Switch to sample data mode
  • Active — Enable live monitoring
  • Archived — Pause monitoring while preserving historical data
Changes to your brand profile require clicking Save Changes and take effect on the next weekly analysis run. They do not retroactively affect historical data.
Complete all brand profile fields for more accurate AI visibility analysis. The more context J-Horizon has about your brand, the better it can evaluate how AI search engines represent you.
