You can add competitors to track their AI visibility alongside your brand. Competitor data is gathered during each analysis run and appears on both the competitor profiles page and the dashboard comparison table.

Add a competitor

Open the competitors page

Navigate to /product/{orgId}/competitors and click + Add Competitor.

Enter competitor details

Provide the competitor’s brand name and website URL.

Confirm

Save the competitor. Analysis data appears after the next analysis run completes.
You can also add competitors during the organization creation wizard at step 4.

When changes take effect

Newly added competitors are included in future analysis runs only. They do not appear retroactively in historical data.

Troubleshooting

The brand is already tracked in this organization. Each competitor can only be added once per organization. Go to the competitor profiles page to verify your current competitor list.
Your plan has a maximum number of tracked competitors. To add a new competitor, remove an existing one first or contact support to increase your limit.
The URL format is not recognized. Enter the full domain including the protocol — for example, https://example.com rather than just example.com. Remove any trailing paths or query parameters if the URL still fails.
