J-Horizon uses a two-level navigation structure. Platform-level pages manage your company’s account, team, and organizations. Organization-level pages contain the visibility data, AI chat, and settings for a specific brand.

Company and organization hierarchy

Your company is the top-level account in J-Horizon. Under your company, you create and manage organizations. Each organization represents a brand you want to monitor across AI search engines.
Company (your account)
├── Organization A (Brand A)
├── Organization B (Brand B)
└── Organization C (Brand C)
Every team member in your company can access the organizations assigned to them. Company-level settings and team management apply across all organizations.

Two-level navigation

Platform-level pages

Visible in the top navigation bar. These pages manage your company’s account, team members, and organizations. You see these pages when you are not inside a specific organization.

Organization-level pages

Visible in the sidebar after you select an organization. These pages contain the visibility data, AI chat, and settings for that specific brand.

Platform-level pages

These pages are accessible from the top navigation at /product:
PagePathDescription
Your Organizations/productView and select from your organization cards. This is your landing page after sign-in.
Groups/product/groupsOrganize organizations into groups for easier management.
Team/product/teamManage team members, invite new members, and assign roles.
Prompt Templates/product/promptsCreate and manage prompt templates that can be used across organizations.
Settings/product/settingsConfigure company-level account settings.

Organization-level pages

After you select an organization, the sidebar displays these pages:
PagePathDescription
AI Chat/product/{orgId}/chatAsk the AI assistant questions about your brand’s visibility data.
Dashboard/product/{orgId}/dashboardView visibility scores, KPIs, citations, sentiment, and competitive data.
Tracked Prompts/product/{orgId}/tracked-promptsManage the prompts you monitor across AI search engines.
Competitors/product/{orgId}/competitorsAdd and manage competitor brands to track alongside your own.

Settings/product/{orgId}/settingsConfigure organization-specific settings.

Switch between organizations

To switch from one organization to another:
  1. Click the organization name or logo in the sidebar. The organization switcher popover opens, showing your role (e.g., Admin), each organization’s status, and a See all organizations link.
  2. Select a different organization from the list.
  3. The sidebar reloads with the selected organization’s data.
You can also return to the Your Organizations page at /product to see all available organizations and select one from the card view.
Your sidebar only displays organizations assigned to your team member account. If you do not see an organization you expect, ask your company administrator to grant you access.
Organization-level pages display breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page (e.g., “Dashboard > Competitors”). Click any breadcrumb segment to navigate back to that level.
