# Supported AI engines

> AI search engines monitored by J-Horizon for brand visibility analysis.

J-Horizon monitors 7+ AI search engines and processes 800K+ queries monthly across 50+ markets. Below is a summary of the platforms currently supported.

## Monitored platforms

### ChatGPT (OpenAI)

The most widely used AI assistant. J-Horizon tracks how ChatGPT describes, ranks, and recommends your brand in conversational responses.

### Claude (Anthropic)

Anthropic's AI assistant. J-Horizon monitors brand mentions, citations, and sentiment in Claude's outputs across your tracked prompts.

### Gemini (Google)

Google's AI platform integrated into search and the Gemini app. J-Horizon tracks brand visibility in Gemini-generated responses, which can influence Google Search AI Overviews.

### Perplexity

An AI-powered search engine that provides cited answers from web sources. J-Horizon monitors brand presence and citation sources in Perplexity results.

### Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft's AI assistant powered by OpenAI models, integrated into Bing and Microsoft 365. J-Horizon tracks brand mentions in Copilot-generated search responses.

### Meta AI

Meta's AI assistant available across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and as a standalone experience. J-Horizon monitors brand mentions in Meta AI responses.

### Additional platforms

Additional AI engines may be available depending on your configuration and plan. Check the **Models** tab in your [organization settings](/organizations/ai-models) to see the full list of platforms enabled for your account.

  Some AI models may display as "Unknown Model" in the interface. This is a known display issue — the underlying data is still collected correctly.

  Select all available models in your [AI model settings](/organizations/ai-models) for the most comprehensive visibility coverage. You can always narrow results using the AI Models filter on the dashboard.
