# Platform limits and quotas

> Reference for all capacity limits, character limits, and plan-based quotas in J-Horizon.

This page consolidates all limits and quotas across the J-Horizon platform. Limits may vary by plan.

## Tracked prompts

| Limit                        | Value                                               |
| ---------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Prompts per organization** | 50 (plan-dependent)                                 |
| **Visible on**               | Capacity bar at the top of the tracked prompts page |

When capacity is reached, you must exclude or remove existing prompts before adding new ones. Contact support to request a higher limit.

## Brand profile fields

| Field                 | Character limit                                          |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Value Proposition** | 1,000 characters                                         |
| **USP**               | 1,000 characters                                         |
| **Target Audience**   | 1,600 characters                                         |
| **Pain Points**       | 300 characters each, 3 to 5 pain points per organization |

These fields are configured in your organization's [brand profile](/organizations/brand-profile) and [messaging tab](/organizations/personas).

## Competitors

| Limit                            | Value          |

| **Competitors per organization** | Plan-dependent |

Competitor limits are determined by your plan. If you reach the limit, remove an existing competitor before adding a new one. Contact support for a higher limit.

## Team members

| Limit                   | Value          |

## Analysis frequency

## Check your current usage

* **Tracked prompts:** The capacity bar on the tracked prompts page shows usage (e.g., "4/50").
* **Competitors:** The competitors page lists all currently tracked competitors.
* **Team members:** The team page at `/product/team` shows all current members.

## Request limit increases

Contact J-Horizon support to request higher limits for your plan. Include your company name and which limit you need increased.
